Twitter Tests Variable Playback Speeds for Video

Twitter announced it is testing playback speeds varying from .25x to 2x on Android or the web, similar to YouTube and other platforms. Select users with access to the feature will see a gear at the top of a video.

Variable speeds will work for "tweet videos, ... videos in DMs and video live replays," a spokesperson said.
